So, I can't exactly update one blog without doing the other so here I am! Scrapping is still managing to run my life! Well, my free time anyway. There have, however, been a few changes in my scrapping life... the first exciting change is that Emily Merritt is just now turning DESIGNER and sells her fun creations at the digichick!! Emily and I have become acquainted over the past few months, when she figured out her sister is in my ward and practically lives next door to me! Anyway, Emily is an amazing scrapper and on almost every desirable creative team in the business, so the idea of her now designing is super exciting! She has also invited me to be on her creative team, which will be lots of fun! Here are a few pages I've done with her stuff:

using her doodles, beaded frames, felty paper and alpha
(these pictures were taken this past spring when I took the kids on daily rides in the double stroller)
SPRING STROLL

Using Emily's template (I've used Joana's Fish Boy kit to decorate this)
This is how we used to get Noah to tolerate tummy time-- place his favorite toy directly in front of him so he had something to concentrate on!

HEADS UP

Another one from Joana Carvalho-- using her brand new kit Secret Journal. The thing I LOVE about Joana's elements is how realistic they look. You almost feel as though you can reach out and grab them.

New Ride

(documenting our new minivan purchase last summer) uses a new Fruity kit from Amanda Rockwell, template from 2 sisters, and an AWESOME b/g paper by 2 sisters.

This was for a hodge podge challenge, where you were supposed to use an everyday inspiration for your LO. To see more detail about my inspiration and what specifically I did, look here. Most of this LO has items from Lauren Reid's Tenacious J. This will probably be the last time you see much of Lauren Reid's goodies, as I have decided to step down from her team, in order to make more time for Emily.
Noah

Using more 2 sister goodies and a funky Nancy Comelab polaroid. I just have to say that 2 sisters designs have been by far the funnest guest spot I've ever had. It will be so sad when the month ends and my guesting is over. :( Pics are of Kira in the complex pool last summer.

Water World

For Christina Renee's template challenge that was held during her grand opening celebration week. Noah loves to play with the magnifying glass and was making some funny faces...

I See You

This is what I did with the new French Countryside collab kit between Shabby Princess and Christina Renee. Seems like an unlikely match to me, but the kit is really wonderful and so worth the money (and even on sale until July 31st!)... Pictures are of Kira and Noah last January, enjoying some time together.

All very cute pages. I'm especially impressed with your "Buds" page. I love that kit, but found it so hard to use since it's not my typical style. You made it look easy.

Kristine, your layouts are amazing. I don't know how you do it. I am so jealous. I need you to teach me when you come out here next week.
